The Skills Developer is responsible for the delivery of quality training programmes and associated tasks relating to the identification of training needs, updating of training material, administration of training, and evaluation of participants. The role involves working closely with other functions to identify training and development needs, suggest solutions, and implement training programmes to promote the achievement of business results.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver quality training programmes to participants.
Identify training and development needs by working closely with other business functions.
Suggest solutions and implement training programmes to promote achievement of business results.
Update training materials and manage the administration of training sessions.
Evaluate participants and analyze post-training trends.
Prepare and deliver concise presentations.
Facilitate group sessions using a creative and interactive training approach.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (BA/BSc/HND).
Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in the BPO sector specifically managing offshore clients.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
Facilitation: Good presentation and group facilitation skills.
Attributes: Enthusiastic with a creative and interactive approach; ability to analyze trends.
