Job Description
Denri Africa is looking for Shop Attendants to join their team in Nyeri. Denri Africa is a prominent bag shop that values exceptional service and brand representation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily shop operations, driving sales to meet targets, and engaging in promotional activities to grow the brand's presence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the shop to ensure efficiency and a high-quality shopping environment.
Drive sales performance and consistently achieve monthly targets.
Participate in brand activations, promotions, and field sales events outside the primary retail space.
Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding Denri's brand values and professionalism.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must possess a BA, BSc, or HND qualification.
Prior experience in a retail or sales environment is required.
Strong sales mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to support both in-store and field sales activities.
