Shop Assistant

Generations Electronics & Allied (GEA) is seeking Shop Assistants to join its team at the Chuka branch. The ideal candidate will assist customers in identifying and purchasing electronic products and accessories while ensuring excellent service and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing electronic products and accessories based on their needs.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the shop floor is clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
• Provide accurate details regarding product features, pricing, and warranties.
• Support daily store operations, including stock management and resolving customer inquiries.
