Generations Electronics and Allied Ltd, a Platinum Safaricom dealer and leading IT shop for top-quality electronics and accessories, is seeking a passionate Shop Assistant for the Kilifi branch. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to customer service, sales, and making a significant impact within a growing retail environment. We specialize in smartphones, laptops, TVs, IoTs, and household appliances, as well as services like M-Pesa, bulk airtime, and connectivity solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist customers with inquiries and provide detailed information regarding electronics, smartphones, and household appliances.
Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate technical products and Safaricom services.
Support branch operations including the management of M-Pesa agent lines and connectivity solutions.
Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist in the general maintenance and organization of the shop floor to provide an inviting shopping environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
A strong passion for customer service and sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
