Shop Assistant

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide expert advice on electronics and accessories.
• Promote and sell company products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist with day-to-day shop operations, including inventory display and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Support Safaricom-related services such as M-Pesa, bulk payments, and connectivity solutions.
• Handle sales transactions and customer inquiries professionally.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for electronics and technology products.
• Ability to work effectively in a retail environment.
