Service Engineer - IVD

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support (IVD Lab equipment) to local distributors.
• Manage and improve service delivery, including training, spare parts management, and troubleshooting for local distributors.
• Execute headquarters’ service requirements and establish suitable service strategies tailored for the local market.
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through dynamic competition investigation and service enhancements.
• Organize added-value service initiatives in the local market to bolster Mindray's service reputation.
• Achieve targets on service sales revenue and contract signing.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, with a major in engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent; specialized knowledge in Biotechnology or Biomedical equipment is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of customer service-related experience in the medical industry. Specific experience with IVD LAB products (Chemistry/Immunoassay/Hematology, etc.) and Quality Control is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to motivate internal staff and external partners.
• Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong customer service awareness, and a collaborative teamwork spirit.
• Travel: Ability to accept frequent international business trips.
