Job Description
KPMG Deal Advisory is looking for a Senior Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will apply deep technical knowledge and industry experience to a broad mix of complex and challenging transaction and business issues. This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including private companies, the public sector, private equity houses, leading financial institutions, and individuals across core service areas such as Strategy Development, Restructuring and Infrastructure Advisory, Corporate Finance, and Transaction Services.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Client Delivery: Assist Managers, Directors, and Partners in delivering high-quality services to clients across various sectors.
Project Participation: Actively participate in the hands-on delivery of projects and programs. This includes program design and development, benefits and quality management, stakeholder management, portfolio management, and project planning (including milestone and risk management).
Content Development: Develop and present client materials, including status reports, project reports, and professional presentations.
Business Development: Prepare proposals for target clients and support wider business development efforts.
Team Leadership: Review the work of junior team members, provide training, and offer coaching and mentoring to facilitate professional growth.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with key client contacts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Other Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by team leaders and members.
Academic/Professional Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory services, or Infrastructure Project Management.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, or CPA are considered an added advantage.
