The Senior Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and business performance across key market segments including corporate, long-stay, and relocation business. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the execution of strategic sales initiatives to enhance market presence and deliver consistent results.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Drive business development across corporate, association, and institutional accounts.\n* Achieve and exceed revenue targets across long-stay and transient segments.\n* Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and presentations.\n* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.\n* Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and client needs.\n* Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular sales reports.\n* Represent the property at industry events and networking platforms.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n* Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality sales within a reputable property.\n* BA/BSc/HND qualification in a relevant field.\n* Proven track record in revenue generation and client relationship management.\n* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.\n* High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.\n* Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested candidates should send their applications to careers.ppsnrb@panpacific.com by 8th April 2026.
