The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s range of kitchen appliances within the construction and real estate sectors. Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry, targeting contractors, developers, architects, and interior designers.
Sales Target Achievement: Promote and sell kitchen appliances and related products to achieve set commercial targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Field Engagement: Conduct site visits, client meetings, and professional product presentations.
Documentation: Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts to ensure closure.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in sales within the construction industry, specifically selling construction materials.
Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Network: A strong professional network within the construction, real estate, or interior design sectors is an added advantage.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
