The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the construction industry. This role focuses on engaging with contractors, developers, architects, and interior designers to promote and sell kitchen appliances and related products while achieving established sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry, including contractors, developers, architects, and interior designers.
Sales Execution: Promote and sell kitchen appliances and related products to achieve set sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Client Engagement: Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
Administrative Tasks: Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in sales within the construction industry, specifically selling construction materials.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong network within the construction, real estate, or interior design sectors is an added advantage.
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
