The Senior Relationship Manager - Trustee Services at KCB Bank Kenya is responsible for retaining existing client relationships and growing the business to increase market share and profitability of the Corporate Trustee Services offering. The role involves ensuring compliance, managing associated risks, and implementing strategy to meet financial targets.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* : Retain existing client relationships and grow business to increase market share and profitability of the Corporate Trustee Services offering.\n* : Ensure that assigned business growth and financial targets are achieved.\n* : Undertake compliance reviews for all schemes under management in line with the RBA Act and regulations and any other applicable regulations.\n* : Ensure all compliance matters identified from compliance reviews are fully resolved.\n* : Manage and ensure all risks associated with corporate trustee services are mitigated.\n* : Implement the corporate trustee services strategy in line with KCB strategy and policies.\n* : Provide a service-focused, knowledgeable, and experienced point of contact for new and existing clients.\n\n### Job Requirements\n* : BA/BSc/HND qualification.\n* : Minimum of eight (8) years of overall work experience.\n* :\n * 5 years of experience in the management of Retirement Benefits schemes.\n * 5 years of experience in risk & compliance management.\n * 5 years of experience in business development (including tender preparation and business proposals).\n * 3 years of experience in Relationship Management.
