Senior Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Share regular network insights with key focus on tool usage i.e. Geolocation and SON.
• Deliver network level quality of service (QoS) performance and regulatory targets.
• End-to-end performance monitoring and evaluation, drill-down analysis, and take appropriate KPI optimization actions to resolve emerging quality issues.
• Oversee and share insights on new feature trials and impact assessment before massive roll-out.
• Proactively track and manage customer complaints as captured on internal customer experience platforms.
• Track and review 2G, 4G, and 5G capacity to identify existing or potential bottlenecks for appropriate actions to be taken.
• Timely and accurate KPI reporting as required.

Qualifications, Competencies and Behaviors

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical, Telecommunication Engineering or related degrees with at least 3-5 years hands-on experience on 2G, LTE/5G Optimization.
• Working knowledge of Geolocation, SON, NetAct, Google Earth, and MapInfo.
• Working knowledge or experience in Nokia and/or Ericsson equipment will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage an outsourcing partner to effectively deliver on service level agreements.
• A team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to details.
• Strong planning, analytical, and execution skills.
• Proactive with a can-do attitude.
