Senior Manager, Information Security

Key Responsibilities

• Security Posture Management: Design and maintain regular security processes to measure and improve the security posture of the bank and / or the 3rd Party Vendors.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design and implement Detailed and Executive Summary Dashboards reflecting the accurate status of the security controls for the bank and / or the 3rd party Vendors.
• Proposal Assessment: Assess the security and technology proposals to deliver secure platforms to serve the business requirements.
• Proposal Approval: Help to assess and approve the technology proposals to deliver secure platforms to serve the business requirements in DIBK.
• Remediation & Mitigation: Report and, Follow-up to remediate or mitigate the security gaps based on severity.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the Data Governances, SOC and Information Security whenever applicable.
• Asset Discovery: Participate and enhance the Assets, Software and Data Discovery Program.
• Team Development: Coach, train and develop team skills by identifying training needs and assigning appropriate learning platforms to the team.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAS and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and ensure risk mitigation.
• SLA Execution: Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLAs of the department.

Job Specification

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security or a relevant discipline as a minimum; a Master’s degree will be an advantage.

Training / Skills

• Information Security strategy
• IT technology platforms across the IT domains
• IS security management and standards or benchmarks
• Effective application of all relevant banking policies, processes, procedures and guidelines

Work Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience on Administration and / or Security of different Databases and Operating Systems
