The Senior Human Resource Associate at Adaptis Africa is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and HR operations across multiple subsidiaries. This pivotal role involves executing recruitment, payroll coordination, learning and development administration, and ensuring high standards of HR data integrity and compliance. This position also serves as a mentor to junior HR staff, ensuring consistent service delivery and a positive employee experience across the group.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n#### HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management\n- Execute and coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, contract renewals, and exits across all subsidiaries.\n- Ensure all employee documentation (contracts, letters, job descriptions, amendments) is accurately prepared, approved, issued, and filed digitally.\n- Maintain up-to-date employee master data within HR systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.\n- Act as the operational point person for employee lifecycle queries, escalating complex issues appropriately.\n- Ensure consistent HR service delivery standards and positive employee experience across the Group.\n\n#### Recruitment Operations & Talent Pipeline Support\n- Coordinate group-wide recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer coordination.\n- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS pipelines, and hiring dashboards with real-time updates.\n- Monitor recruitment timelines and flag risks or delays to the HRBP and HR Lead.\n- Support workforce planning and succession planning inputs through accurate recruitment and talent data.\n- Ensure compliance with approved recruitment processes and documentation standards.\n\n#### Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Coordination\n- Collect, consolidate, validate, and submit monthly payroll inputs accurately and within agreed timelines.\n- Track salary changes, allowances, deductions, benefits, and statutory contributions.\n- Coordinate benefits administration including medical insurance, pensions, and employee claims.\n- Maintain payroll records, audit trails, and supporting documentation for reconciliations and audits.\n- Support resolution of payroll queries and discrepancies in collaboration with Finance and HR leadership.\n\n#### HR Systems, Digitalization & Data Integrity\n- Own day-to-day administration of HR systems including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and contract lifecycle management tool.\n- Ensure correct system usage, workflow compliance, access controls, and data security.\n- Maintain high HR data accuracy and integrity across all systems.\n- Drive automation of HR processes and reduce reliance on manual or paper-based workflows.\n- Prepare systems for audits by ensuring all records are complete, current, and digitally accessible.\n\n#### Learning & Development Operations\n- Administer learning platforms and maintain accurate training records, certifications, and completion data.\n- Coordinate internal training programs, mandatory compliance training, and external learning interventions.\n- Support Training Centre administration including learner enrollment, attendance tracking, and reporting.\n- Track learning participation, completion rates, and basic learning outcomes.\n- Provide learning data and reports to support capability planning and learning ROI analysis.\n\n#### Performance Management Cycle Execution Support\n- Support administration of performance management cycles including goal-setting timelines, review windows, and system configurations.\n- Track performance review completion and follow up with managers on outstanding actions.\n- Generate performance cycle status reports and dashboards.\n- Support calibration and talent review processes by preparing accurate performance data.\n- Ensure performance documentation is complete, consistent, and system-aligned.\n\n#### Compliance, Governance & Liaison Support\n- Maintain HR documentation required for statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance.\n- Support compliance with labor laws, statutory filings, and employment regulations across subsidiaries.\n- Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits.\n- Liaise with statutory bodies, service providers, and partners as required.\n- Support implementation of HR policies and compliance training initiatives.\n\n#### HR Reporting & Analytics Support\n- Produce monthly HR operational reports covering headcount, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and learning.\n- Maintain HR dashboards and trackers with accurate and timely data.\n- Support HRBP and HR Lead with reliable data for people analytics and decision-making.\n- Validate HR data prior to reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.\n\n#### Team Coordination & Mentorship\n- Provide day-to-day guidance and quality control support to Junior HR staff and interns.\n- Review HR administrative outputs for accuracy and completeness.\n- Support onboarding, training, and skills development of junior HR team members.\n- Promote teamwork, accountability, and adherence to HR standards within the team.\n\n### Requirements\n- Bachelor’s Degree in Human
