The Senior Finance Officer – Financial Reporting will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial documentation, regulatory compliance, and providing data-driven insights to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) regulatory reports, management accounts, and board packs.
Drive variance analysis and deliver data-driven business insights to support decision-making.
Oversee General Ledger (GL) reconciliations, bank placements, and fixed asset management.
Ensure full tax compliance and provide necessary support during internal and external audit processes.
Process supplier payments and maintain financial records with high precision.
Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field.
Full CPA professional qualification.
Minimum 3 years' experience in finance, with at least 1 year specifically within the Banking sector.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A team player who upholds the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
