Job Description
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions. You will drive digital transformation within the organization by designing robust Supply Chain and Finance modules, ensuring they align with business requirements and compliance standards.
This is a fully remote role reporting to the Head of Engineering - Acquisition Sales and working within the UTC -1 through UTC+3 time zones.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Implementation: Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions from initial requirements gathering through to post-go-live support.
Module Design: Configure Supply Chain Management modules including warehouse management, inventory, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing.
Financial Architecture: Architect Finance modules including landed cost, invoicing, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
Digital Transformation: Lead optimization and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency through the Dynamics 365 platform.
Strategic Advisory: Serve as the subject matter expert on Dynamics 365, advising teams on optimal platform utilization and integration strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate complex business requirements into viable technical solutions.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure inventory management and system configurations meet rigorous financial and audit compliance requirements.
User Support: Provide training and high-level support to end-users across warehouse operations, finance, and other business units.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in designing, configuring, and deploying Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations solutions.
ERP Expertise: Strong background in ERP concepts including supply chain, warehouse management, inventory, and finance operations.
Soft Skills: Ability to work with diverse, distributed teams across multiple countries; strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
Methodology: Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
Nice to Have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-300, MB-330), experience with Power BI/SSRS, and a background in financial services or emerging markets.
