Job Description

Role Overview
The Administrative Secretary Intern will support the school’s front-office operations with a primary focus on digital systems management. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to gain experience in educational administration, database management, and professional communication.
Responsibilities
Support the school’s front-office operations.
Focus on digital systems management, including learning and utilizing new School Management Systems.
Handle professional communication with parents, maintaining a professional yet warm tone.
Manage and organize private academic and personal records with high discretion.
Multitask and assist in various administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Skills
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND degree.
Religious Alignment: Must be a practising Catholic with a strong understanding of Catholic traditions.
Tech Savviness: High proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office; comfortable with learning new software.
Communication: Strong command of grammar and excellent writing skills.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and demonstrates a high level of integrity and discretion.
