Job Description
ManPower Services Group, a multinational human resource consulting firm, is seeking a Secretary to join their team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial support and assist with specific administrative and payroll-related functions.
Responsibilities
Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the office.
Manage digital communications and utilize the internet for various office tasks.
Handle statutory payroll deductions, including processing NSSF and SHIF payments.
Maintain professional standards within an office environment, ideally within a consultancy or audit context.
Manage office documentation and filing systems effectively.
Requirements
Education: BA/BSc/HND degree.
Training: Completed full Secretarial training.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional setting. Experience as a secretary within an Audit firm is considered a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in internet usage and familiarity with Kenyan statutory payroll deductions (NSSF, SHIF, etc.).
Personal Attributes: Applicants must be aged between 35 and 45 years and identify as Christian.
