The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum framework and ensuring that the team adheres to Agile principles. You will play a pivotal role in removing impediments, coaching the team on best practices, and working closely with Product Owners to ensure the delivery of high-quality product increments within defined timelines.
Responsibilities
Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework within the team.
Removing impediments and resolving blockers that may impact sprint goals.
Coaching team members on Agile best practices and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Working closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Tracking sprint progress and maintaining transparency using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product increments.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Promoting continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding sprint progress and team performance.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Around 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent) preferred.
Experience working in telecom or enterprise-level environments will be a plus.
Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
A detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
A team player who gets along well with others.
The ability to work on tight timelines.
