This is more than a job opening; it is an opportunity to be part of a team that values quality, excellence, and the people behind it.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Prepare and process meat for sausage production ensuring high standards of quality.\n* Manage the end-to-end production of sausages including grinding, mixing, stuffing, and linking.\n* Develop and maintain consistent seasoning blends and flavor profiles.\n* Maintain extreme cleanliness and hygiene in the meat processing area according to health regulations.\n* Monitor inventory of meat, spices, and casings.\n* Ensure the artistic presentation and quality of every product produced.\n\n### Requirements\n* Education: BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.\n* Experience: Minimum of 2 years professional experience in sausage making or as a Wurstmeister.\n* Proven skill and passion for creating consistently excellent sausages.\n* Deep understanding of meat processing, seasoning, and casing techniques.\n\n### How to Apply\nIf you have the skill, the experience, and the passion to create consistently excellent sausages, please send your application to:\n\n \n\n 30/04/2026
