As an SAP Architecture Consultant, you will be a seasoned expert responsible for participating in the delivery of multi-technology consulting services. You will provide strategies and solutions on all aspects of infrastructure and related technology components, collaborating with stakeholders to develop architectural approaches for solution layers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
S/4HANA Transformation: Lead ECC to S/4HANA migrations, technical upgrades, and hybrid cloud implementations.
Business Alignment: Analyze business needs to design scalable SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, BTP, and Ariba.
Technical Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on best practices, technology selection, and AI/automation initiatives.
Project Governance: Oversee configuration, custom development (ABAP), performance optimization, and project quality assurance.
Expertise: Bring subject matter expertise related to past, present, and future SAP design and migration best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to develop SAP requirements and Migration Roadmaps.
Strategic Planning: Participate in the investigation, planning, and preparation of feasibility studies and business cases for SAP solutions.
Sales Support: Participate in the pre-sales process, RFxs, and proposals, collaborating with sales teams to sell solutions and services.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients during both pre- and post-sales phases, performing detailed requirements analysis and presenting solutions.

Specialist knowledge of SAP environments and business needs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Detail-oriented with a strategic business focus.

Ability to establish processes through collaboration and contribute to new service development.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
Relevant SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) for knowledge validation are required.
Relevant Consulting certifications such as TOGAF or Agile are an added advantage.
BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.
Required Experience
At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar SAP consulting or architecture role.
Proven experience in SAP design, blueprinting, and client engagement.
Experience in client needs assessment and change management.
