Job Description
Proto is a leading generative AI platform for local customer experience. Powered by GPT and a proprietary AI engine, Proto's AI Customer Experience (AICX) Platform automates transactions, tickets, bookings, and other high-volume interactions for local and mixed languages across text, voice, and 20+ messaging channels.
The SAP Analytics & Support Assistant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of business dashboards and reports while providing technical support for SAP-related issues. The role focuses on delivering timely analytical insights, maintaining data integrity, and enhancing user adoption of reporting tools through consistent support and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all produced dashboards and reports.
Deliver dashboards and analytical outputs based on requirements in a timely manner.
Monitor and drive user adoption rates of dashboards and reporting tools.
Act on feedback from business users regarding the quality and usefulness of insights.
Maintain frequency and consistency of data refresh cycles for analytics assets.
Implement improvements and enhancements to existing dashboards and models.
Ensure master data accuracy and completeness while reducing data errors.
Resolve minor SAP issues and ensure high user satisfaction for technical support received.
Create and update support documentation and training materials.
Contribute to process improvements within the analytics and support functions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in analytics, dashboards, reporting, or SAP support.
