This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Nairobi. AMCCO Properties Limited is looking for a driven individual to provide high-quality residential and commercial plots to clients within the Nairobi metropolis. The responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, building relationships, showcasing available plots, and providing exceptional customer service. The selected candidate will also handle negotiations, close sales, and contribute to meeting sales targets through effective client engagement and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Prospect potential clients and build long-term relationships.
Showcase available residential and commercial plots to prospective buyers.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Handle price negotiations and close sales deals efficiently.
Contribute to meeting and exceeding organizational sales targets through proactive follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract new customers.
Requirements
Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate and market trends in the Kikuyu and Limuru areas.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet set sales targets.
Familiarity with the Nairobi area and its surrounding regions is an advantage.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
