We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives within an assigned territory. The role is responsible for delivering volume, revenue, market share, and distribution targets while ensuring strong trade execution and team performance.
Monitor stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Implement trade marketing initiatives in the assigned region.
Ensure route discipline and daily sales reporting.
Manage debtor days and credit control within the territory.
Conduct regular market audits and competitor analysis.
Drive team capability development and performance reviews.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years' FMCG sales experience.
At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of General Trade route-to-market.
Valid driving license (motorbike/car depending on territory).
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
High accountability and target orientation.
