Responsibilities
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and understand their needs regarding consumer electronics.
Promote and sell Hihome products to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest electronics and smart living technology trends.
Work effectively within a fast-paced retail sales environment.
For candidates in supervisor roles: Provide leadership, manage team performance, and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
Educational background: BA/BSc/HND.
Proven experience in retail or electronics sales.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Leadership and team management skills (required for Supervisor roles).
