CDL Human Resource is seeking a Sales Representative (Eae & SMB). This role is focused on driving revenue and expanding market share within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and market research to contract negotiation and closing deals. This position requires a proactive professional who can represent the brand with excellence and maintain high-level relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive business growth.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory through proactive outreach.
Conduct market research and identify potential clients within target sectors to build a robust pipeline.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure business objectives are met.
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Actively participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance performance.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive developments in the Kenyan market.
Represent the brand professionally at all times.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the Kenyan market.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Kenyan business landscape, particularly within the specified region.
Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
