Sales Representative (Building & Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement: Deliver monthly and quarterly cement tonnage and revenue targets by securing supply agreements on active infrastructure, commercial, and residential construction projects nationally across active project sites.
• Project Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, qualify, and maintain a live pipeline of active and upcoming construction projects, engaging site engineers, procurement officers, quantity surveyors, and main contractors at the earliest stage of project planning.

Requirements

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field is preferred for technical credibility.
• Experience: At least 3 years of direct sales experience, ideally within the cement, concrete, or hardware industry.
