Sales Representative (Building & Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement: Deliver monthly and quarterly cement tonnage and revenue targets by securing supply agreements on active infrastructure, commercial, and residential construction projects across active project sites.
• Project Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, qualify, and maintain a live pipeline of active and upcoming construction projects. Engage site engineers, procurement officers, quantity surveyors, and main contractors at the earliest stage of project planning.
• Technical Assistance: Provide on-ground guidance on cement grades (e.g., Portland vs. blended) and basic mix design optimization to meet project specifications.
• Account Conversion & Order Management: Convert qualified project leads into confirmed supply accounts by delivering tailored proposals and managing the end-to-end quotation and contracting process.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-trust working relationships with site managers, project consultants, procurement teams, and main contractors to ensure Savannah Cement remains the preferred and repeat supplier.
• Order Management: Handle the end-to-end process of receiving orders, generating quotes, and ensuring all contract terms are met.
• Premium Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell specialty and eco-friendly cement grades, positioning product performance and sustainability benefits as value-adds.
• Market Monitoring: Report on competitor pricing, local availability, and new project ground breakings within the assigned territory. Submit accurate weekly and monthly reports to the Head of Sales.
• Logistics Liaison: Liaise daily with logistics and supply chain teams to confirm delivery schedules, track consignments, and ensure cement arrives at project sites on time and in correct quantities.
