Role Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within the Meru region. The role involves managing distribution networks and maintaining strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth: Achieve assigned sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth within the territory.
Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and key customers.
Market Penetration: Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market intelligence.
Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Possession of a BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within a similar industry.
Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
