The Sales Representative for Animal Feeds is responsible for driving sales and achieving targets within the assigned region, specifically Machakos. This role focuses on managing the sales process across distributors and directly to end-users (secondary sales), ensuring market presence and product availability.
This position requires a committed professional with relevant experience in field sales, particularly within the agricultural sector.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales
Experience: 2–4 years’ experience in field sales, preferably within animal feeds, FMCG, or agricultural inputs.
Sales Proficiency: Proven experience handling both primary and secondary sales.
Core Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and territory management skills.
Mobility: Willingness to work extensively in the field within the assigned region.
Advantage: Valid motorcycle license is an added advantage.
