Mogo Kenya is looking for a Sales Officer Intern based in Voi. The role involves driving the sales of MOGO Kenya's full range of financial products, including financing for new and used vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to gain hands-on experience in the financial services and automotive sales industry.
Responsibilities
Product Sales: Selling the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers.
Vehicle Sales: Sales of new & used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers for potential customers.
Loan Processing: Execution of the loan issuance process to potential customers and facilitation of proper documentation per sale.
Customer Management: Managing incoming potential customers and providing consistent follow-up until the sale is completed.
Compliance: Ensuring that the sales process is followed as per MOGO standards.
Branch Targets: Reaching the sales target of the branch through provided avenues.
Administrative Tasks: Assistance with administrative tasks such as vehicle inspections and price updates when needed.
Other Duties: Any other duty that may be assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in a business course or related field.
At least one year of relevant sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Fluent in English and Swahili.
Demonstrated loyalty and integrity.
