As a Sales Officer Intern at Mogo Finance in Nakuru, you will be responsible for driving the growth of MOGO's financial product portfolio. This role involves direct interaction with customers to sell a variety of products, including financing for new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers. You will be tasked with managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and customer follow-up to loan issuance and documentation, ensuring that all processes adhere to MOGO's high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Product Sales: Sell the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers.
Asset Sales: Facilitate the sales of new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers for potential customers.
Loan Processing: Execute the loan issuance process for potential customers and ensure all documentation is handled properly per sale.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as vehicle inspections and price updates as needed.
Lead Management: Manage incoming potential customers and provide consistent follow-up until the sale is finalized.
Compliance: Ensure that the sales process is strictly followed as per MOGO standards.
Target Achievement: Reach the sales targets of the branch through various provided avenues.
Other Duties: Perform any other duty that may be assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in a business course or a related field.
Experience: At least one year of relevant sales experience.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are mandatory).
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Swahili.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
