Sales Officer Internship - Naivasha

Key Responsibilities

• Sell the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to potential customers.
• Manage the sales of new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers.
• Execute the loan issuance process for eligible customers.
• Facilitate and ensure proper documentation for every sale made.
• Support administrative tasks, including vehicle inspections and price updates, as required.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide follow-up support until the sale is finalized.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with MOGO's standard operating procedures.
• Actively work towards reaching the assigned sales targets for the branch.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or any relevant course.
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in sales.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are mandatory).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Resourceful and proactive approach to handling challenges.
• High level of integrity, loyalty, and professionalism.
• Fluent in both English and Swahili.
• Strong leadership potential and organizational skills.
