Mogo Finance is seeking a Sales Officer Intern to join the team in Mumias. This role is focused on driving the growth of MOGO Kenya's financial products by engaging with customers and managing the full sales cycle for vehicle financing. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers, while ensuring a seamless loan issuance process and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Selling the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers.
Handling sales of new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers for potential customers.
Executing the loan issuance process for potential customers.
Facilitating proper documentation for every sale to ensure compliance.
Assisting with administrative tasks, including vehicle inspections and price updates, when required.
Managing incoming potential customers and following up until the sale is completed.
Ensuring that the sales process is followed according to MOGO standards.
Reaching the branch sales targets through various provided avenues.
Performing any other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Degree in a business course or a related field.
At least one year of relevant sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to handling issues.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Fluency in both English and Swahili.
High standards of loyalty and integrity.
