MOGO Kenya is seeking a Sales Officer Intern for its Mpeketoni branch. The role involves driving sales for MOGO's full range of financial products, including loans for new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers. The intern will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, from managing potential leads to ensuring proper documentation and meeting branch targets.
Responsibilities
Selling the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers.
Conducting sales of new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers for potential customers.
Executing the loan issuance process for potential customers.
Facilitating proper documentation for every sale.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as inspections and price updates when necessary.
Managing incoming potential customers and conducting follow-ups until the sale is finalized.
Ensuring the sales process adheres to MOGO standards.
Reaching the branch's sales targets through various provided avenues.
Performing any other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in a business course or a related field.
One year of relevant sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
Resourceful and proactive approach to issues.
Excellent organizational skills.
Fluency in both English and Swahili.
Good leadership skills.
High levels of loyalty and integrity.
