MOGO Kenya is seeking a motivated Sales Officer Intern for their Mariakani branch. MOGO offers top-notch, long-term car financing in Nairobi and Mombasa, providing up to 80% of a vehicle's value. This role is central to the branch's growth, involving the promotion of MOGO's financial products and managing the complete customer journey from lead generation to loan completion.
Key Responsibilities
Product Sales: Sell the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products, including financing for new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers.
Loan Processing: Execute the loan issuance process for potential customers and ensure all sales documentation is handled accurately.
Customer Management: Proactively manage incoming leads and conduct consistent follow-ups until a sale is finalized.
Administrative Support: Assist with necessary branch tasks, including vehicle inspections and price updates.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all sales activities align with MOGO’s established standards and procedures.
Target Achievement: Work towards reaching branch sales targets through various provided avenues.
Other Duties: Handle any additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: A Diploma or Degree in a business-related course or field.
Experience: At least one year of relevant sales experience.
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Swahili.
Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
