Mogo Finance is seeking a Sales Officer Intern for their Malindi branch. This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to build a career in financial sales and vehicle financing. You will be responsible for driving the sales of MOGO Kenya's diverse range of financial products and managing the customer journey from lead generation to loan completion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Sell the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products, including new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers to potential customers.
Loan Processing: Execute the loan issuance process and facilitate proper documentation for every sale.
Customer Management: Manage incoming leads and follow up diligently until sales are completed.
Compliance: Ensure all sales processes adhere to MOGO's established standards.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as inspections and price updates when necessary.
Target Achievement: Reach branch sales targets through various provided avenues.
General Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by the management team.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in a business-related course or field.
Experience: At least one year of relevant sales experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a mandatory requirement for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Language: Fluent in both English and Swahili.
Soft Skills:

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
