This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the financial services sector, specifically focusing on vehicle financing and customer relationship management. The intern will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring the efficient processing of loan applications.
Key Responsibilities
Selling the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers.
Handling sales of new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers for potential customers.
Executing the loan issuance process and facilitating proper documentation for each sale.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as inspections and price updates when needed.
Managing incoming potential customers and providing consistent follow-up until the sale is completed.
Ensuring that the sales process is followed as per MOGO standards.
Working towards reaching the sales targets of the branch through available avenues.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in a business course or a related field.
Minimum of one year of relevant sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are mandatory).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
Resourceful and proactive approach to issues.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Fluency in English and Swahili.
High level of loyalty and integrity.
