Mogo Finance is seeking a Sales Officer Intern for their Kitale branch. The role involves selling a comprehensive range of financial products and assisting in the loan issuance process to help customers acquire vehicles and other assets.
Responsibilities
Selling the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers.
Facilitating the sales of new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers to potential customers.
Executing the loan issuance process for potential clients.
Ensuring proper documentation is facilitated for every sale.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as inspections and price updates when required.
Managing incoming leads and conducting follow-ups until the sale is successfully completed.
Ensuring the sales process strictly adheres to MOGO standards.
Reaching the branch's sales targets through various provided avenues.
Performing any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Diploma or Degree in a business-related course or field.
At least one year of relevant sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are mandatory).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
Resourceful and proactive approach to issues as they arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Fluency in both English and Swahili.
Demonstrated leadership skills, loyalty, and integrity.
