Mogo Finance is seeking a Sales Officer Intern for their Kimilili branch. The role involves driving the sales of MOGO Kenya's financial products, specifically focusing on vehicle financing for new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers. The intern will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from customer engagement to loan issuance and documentation, ensuring all processes meet company standards and branch targets.
Responsibilities
Sell the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers.
Handle sales of new & used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers for potential customers.
Execute the loan issuance process for potential clients.
Facilitate proper documentation per sale.
Assist with administrative tasks such as inspections and price updates when needed.
Manage incoming potential customers and follow-up until the sale is completed.
Ensure that the sales process is followed as per MOGO standards.
Reach the sales target of the branch through avenues provided.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in a business course or related field.
At least one year of relevant sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Fluency in English and Swahili.
Good leadership skills.
High level of loyalty and integrity.
