Mogo Finance is seeking a Sales Officer Intern for their Kapsabet branch. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of the full range of MOGO Kenya's financial products, including new and used vehicles. This position involves managing the end-to-end sales and loan issuance process while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Selling MOGO Kenya's financial products to customers.
Handling sales of new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers.
Executing the loan issuance process and ensuring all documentation is accurate.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as inspections and price updates.
Managing and following up with potential customers until the sale is finalized.
Adhering to MOGO sales standards and achieving branch targets.
Performing any other duty that may be assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in a business-related course or field.
At least one year of relevant sales experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Swahili.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to challenges.
High level of integrity, loyalty, and organizational skills.
