Mogo Finance is seeking a Sales Officer Intern for its Iten branch. The primary objective of this role is to drive the sale of Mogo Kenya’s financial products, including financing for new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers. The intern will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential customers to final documentation and loan issuance.
Key Responsibilities
Sell the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers.
Facilitate the sales of new & used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers for potential customers.
Execute the loan issuance process for potential customers.
Facilitate proper documentation for every sale.
Assist with administrative tasks such as inspections and price updates when needed.
Manage incoming potential customers and provide consistent follow-up until the sale is completed.
Ensure that the sales process strictly adheres to MOGO standards.
Reach branch sales targets through provided avenues.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in a business course or related field.
At least one year of relevant sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
Resourceful and proactive approach when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Fluency in both English and Swahili.
Good leadership skills, loyalty, and integrity.
