Mogo Finance is seeking a Sales Officer Intern for its Garissa branch. This role is focused on driving business growth by promoting and selling a comprehensive range of financial products, particularly vehicle financing for cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers. The intern will manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and customer engagement to loan documentation and closing, ensuring high standards of service and integrity.
Responsibilities
Sell the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers.
Drive the sales of new and used cars, motorcycles, and three-wheelers for potential customers.
Execute the loan issuance process for potential customers.
Facilitate proper documentation for every sale.
Assist with administrative tasks, including inspections and price updates, as needed.
Manage incoming potential customers and provide consistent follow-up until the sale is completed.
Ensure the sales process strictly adheres to MOGO standards.
Achieve the branch's sales targets through provided avenues.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
Requirements
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a business course or a related field.
At least one year of relevant sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
Being resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Fluency in both English and Swahili.
A high degree of loyalty and integrity.
