The Sales Officer will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing partner networks, and facilitating the loan application process to support the company's growth in the agribusiness sector.
Responsibilities
Acquire new customers through structured field visits and product presentations.
Convert leads into complete, compliant loan applications.
Activate and commercialize partner networks including agro-dealers, distributors, cooperatives, and aggregators.
Guide customers in preparing accurate documentation to reduce application errors.
Execute field ambassador duties during activations, trainings, and market engagements.
Track and report pipeline performance, conversion rates, and market insights.
Support loan activation and repeat usage initiatives in collaboration with operations teams.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field.
1–3 years of field sales experience in fintech, microfinance, FMCG, or agribusiness.
Strong documentation and customer engagement skills.
Ability to work with CRMs and digital tools.
Willingness to travel extensively and be in the field daily.
