Summit Human Resource & Marketing Consultant is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive for a client specializing in wood production. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to drive revenue growth, manage pricing for profitability, and align sales initiatives with broader business goals. This role requires a data-driven professional with a proven track record in the pallets or packaging products industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, manage pricing structures to ensure profitability, and ensure all sales activities align with the company's business objectives.
Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams; establish performance targets, and implement training programs and incentive structures to drive peak performance.
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management: Monitor daily sales performance, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and optimize conversion processes to maximize revenue outcomes.
Market Research & Marketing: Perform deep market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and support digital marketing initiatives to enhance the brand's market presence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth operations, high levels of customer satisfaction, and perfect alignment between sales and production.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management, specifically with a proven track record in selling pallets or packaging products.
Strong leadership experience managing diverse and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and advanced reporting tools.
