Job Description
Reeds Africa Consult (RAC) is recruiting a highly driven Sales Manager on behalf of a client to lead and grow their sales portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development within the facility management and cleaning services industry. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s client base. A proven track record of successfully managing Sales Executives in a cleaning services company, driving team performance, and achieving sales targets is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within facility management, hospitality, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Lead the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service contracts to prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms with clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline management.
Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in outsourced facility management or cleaning services companies.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Experience managing key accounts and corporate clients.
Ability to develop strategic sales plans and lead a team.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong networking and business prospecting skills.
