Sales Manager

• Support the smooth running of the sales department, ensuring all aspects of the hotel’s proactive sales initiatives are delivered and total revenue is maximized.
• Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution.
• Take responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives and targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with immediate reports to ensure costs and inventory are controlled and that productivity and performance levels are attained.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
• Experience: Experience in sales is beneficial but not essential.
