Summit Human Resource & Marketing Consultant is seeking three experienced, self-driven, and goal-oriented Sales Interns. The purpose of this role is to promote company products across assigned territories, achieve sales targets, and manage customer relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities
Sales Promotion: Actively sell and promote company products within assigned territories.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed set sales targets while ensuring that all collections are handled in a timely manner.
Customer Management: Identify potential new customers and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing clients.
Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on competitor activities and provide valuable market feedback to management.
Merchandising: Ensure products are visible, available, and properly merchandised at various retail outlets.
Compliance: Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while remaining adaptable to evolving business needs.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: BA/BSc/HND in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Profile: Recent Graduate with a strong interest in field sales.
Experience: Approximately 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales-driven role.
Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a focus on high-quality customer service.
Self-Management: Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
Drive: Target-driven mindset with a high level of accountability and focus on results.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with assigned sales routes and local Nairobi markets is considered a significant advantage.
