Unity Homes is a Kenyan-based real estate development company. Our aim is to create happy, beautiful communities, by providing professionals and their families with affordable, investment-grade, and high-quality homes. Our current project, Unity West, is a residential estate in Tatu City, Nairobi, featuring 384 houses currently under construction.\n\n### Role Overview\nThe Sales Intern will provide essential administrative and documentation support to the sales team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to gain experience in real estate sales operations and document management within a fast-paced environment.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Sort and organize sales documents including contracts, agreements, proposals, and forms.\n* File and maintain both physical and digital documentation in the correct systems.\n* Ensure documents are complete, up-to-date, and easy to retrieve.\n* Assist with data entry into CRM or document management systems.\n* Support the sales team with basic reporting and document preparation.\n* Follow internal procedures for document handling and confidentiality.\n* Help prepare documents for meetings, reports, and internal presentations.\n* Coordinate with other departments (finance, legal) to ensure accuracy of records.\n* Perform any other duties assigned periodically.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n* Educational Qualification: BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.\n* Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.\n* Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.\n* Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive sales records.\n* Excellent communication and coordination abilities.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online through the application portal at .
