At Crystal Recruitment, we’re looking for a results-oriented Sales & Growth Coordinator ready to boost bookings, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing the client journey from initial inquiry through to deal closure and service coordination.
Responsibilities
Client Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries.
Deal Closure: Follow up on quotations and confidently close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Service Coordination: Schedule bookings and coordinate services seamlessly to ensure high client satisfaction.
Revenue Growth: Actively upsell services to increase revenue opportunities and maximize customer value.
Lead Tracking: Track sales leads and support broader marketing initiatives to expand the business pipeline.
Requirements
Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in Sales or Customer Service roles.
Education: A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and consistently target-driven.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the service industry is considered a significant added advantage.
